Recipe for Banana Nut Cake


BANANA NUT CAKE

Equipment: Cake Pan 8″, Beater
Oven: Moderate, 5

AMOUNT UNIT INGREDIENTS PROCEDURES
100 g Sugar Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well
100 g Butter
2 Eggs

1C 4 to 5 Bananas (mashed) Add to the egg mixture
225 g Flour Sift flour with the dry ingredients. Add to the mixture
1/2 tsp Baking powder and fold in with a metal spoon.
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 C Walnuts or Peanuts Add nuts, vanilla and milk to the cake mixture
1/2 tsp Vanilla and mix well.
2 TBSP Milk Grease pan and bake in a moderate oven for at least
45 minutes or until done. You can also do some nice cream
icing on the cake.
* Prick the cake with a knife or toothpick to check
if cooked. If it comes out clear, your cake is ready.
